Van Morgan, owner of Mor-Guns LLC in Panama City, Florida is an NRA Certified Basic Pistol Instructor.  He has been involved in the firearms industry here in Panama City for fifteen years.   His background experience includes six years in the U.S. Army & National Guard as an infantry solder.    He has extensive combat training, firearms defense, and long range shooting.   His decision to teach Concealed Carry Classes came from a desire to help people stay safe & legal.
